RTP-M1 is an Ultrafast thermal Pressing Furnace ( UFTP) ) with a heating speed of more than 200 °C/minute, heating rate up to 2900°C under the selectable deadweight and controlled atmosphere. It is a cost-effective tool to study material properties under fast over-heated conditions. It also can be used as an RTP annealing furnace or modifed into a CSS film coater.
RTP-MS-AR is an automatic Ultrafast Heating and Pressing system (UHP) with a heating speed of up to 150°C/s, 2500°C, and 500N Max Load inside a high vacuum chamber made of stainless steel. The automated pellet loading and unloading system is integrated into the press, which can press 8 pellets ( 10 mm ID) per batch. This system may be considered as an automatic SPS furnace
YJL-SPS-1200 is a low-temperature & low-cost SPS furnace with up to 1200 °C and 100 MPa Pressure. It is designed to press a 6 - 12.7 mm diameter pellet for most battery, thermal, electric, and metallic materials.
