SPG6VMS
SPG-6VMS is a vacuumable levitation melting system with1”. quartz tube for exploring new generation metallic alloy. Such an advanced system equips with a 6KW ultra high-frequency induction heater and special developed helical conical coil to suspend conductive metals up to 10g, such as Al, Mg, Cu, etc. The metal is then melted by a magnetic vortex within a vacuum-sealed quartz tube. The conductive workpiece is levitated, melted & untouched by the crucible during the process, and thus reducing the contamination to the minimum. A vacuum pump and recirculating water chiller are included for immediate use.
EQ-FMF-10
FMF-10 is a compact Vacuum Float-Melting System for exploring new generation magnetic alloy and metallic materials. The system uses a 10KW high-frequency induction heater to make metallic sample 5g max) melting by magnetic vortex within a special designed water-cold copper crucible placed inside a vacuum-sealed quartz tube. Therefore, it can produce extra high purity metallic alloy without any contamination.
EQ-FMF-300
FMF-300 is an Advanced Vacuum Float-Melting System for exploring new generation magnetic alloy and metallic materials with max. loading 300 g sample. The system uses a 60KW high-frequency induction heater to cause a metallic sample to float during melting by magnetic vortex within a special designed water-cold copper crucible placed inside a vacuum-sealed quartz tube. Therefore, it can produce extra high purity Ferro or magnetic alloy without any contamination.
