DIE-SiN-XX
Die-03D is a Complete pressing die with 1/8" I.D. is ready for you to make 3 mm diameter sample pellet. The pressing die is made by high-stretched and highly polished carbon steel to achieve high hardness to meet the essential requirements of making ceramic or metal samples.
DIE-SiN-XX is the dry pressing die made of silicon nitride (Si3N4) with a pressure of 150MPa max. and a working temperature of 1050°C Max.
BNL-12D is a 10.75 mm ID pressing die with BN or Peek liner for electric insulation, which allows applying the electric field during pressing. It is a good tool for the Cold Sintering Process (CSP) of ceramic, Polymer, or ceramic-polymer composite materials for the applications such as microwave dielectric materials, solid-state electrolyte, and semiconductors.
