AM-YLJ-24T-12 is an automatic pellet pressing system operated by a remote PC and a robotic arm. It can press 12 pellets of 0.5" diameter autonomously within 2 hours.
GBF-1700-RHP4 is a rapid hot press (RHP) in a glovebox with a fast cooling function. The sample is inductively heated at ~ 1°C/ second up to 1600°C and is pressed to Max. 100 MPa using a 5-ton electric press. Water-cold copper clamps are built in to cool the sample rapidly at a speed of about > 8°C/ second.
The RHP furnace has a comparable performance with a traditional SPS, but at a much lower cost. It is an excellent tool to sinter various air-sensitive materials
RTP-MS-AR is an automatic Ultrafast Heating and Pressing system (UHP) with a heating speed of up to 150°C/s, 2500°C, and 500N Max Load inside a high vacuum chamber made of stainless steel. The automated pellet loading and unloading system is integrated into the press, which can press 8 pellets ( 10 mm ID) per batch. This system may be considered as an automatic SPS furnace
