YLJ-CSP-15 is a 15 T max. manual hydraulic press with heatable uniaxial die (0.5" ID) up to 250 ºC max. It is designed for the cold sintering process (CSP) of ceramic, polymer, or ceramic-polymer composite materials for applications such as microwave dielectric materials, solid-state electrolyte, and semiconductor. The compact design of the press makes it well-suited for inside glove box operation with an inert gas environment.
The OTF-1200X-VHP4 is designed for making dense compound materials under both vacuum and high pressure up to 2 metric tons. It is integrated with a split vertical tube furnace with a vacuum-sealed 4" quartz tube and 2000 kg digital electric press, as well as one set of 0.5" ID graphite pressing dies. The furnace can be heated up to 1000ºC using a temperature controller with 30 programmable segments. Water-cooled flanges facilitate a vacuum level up to 10E^-5 Torr via the use of an optional turbomolecular pump.
YLJ-HP2-H is an ecnomic hydraulic press with 12mm I.D. Silicon Nitride Pellet Pressing Die, Heating jacket (550°C Max.) and Single Setpoint Temperature Controller. It is a ready-to-go product package for pressing ceramic, polymer, or ceramic-polymer composite materials. Applications include microwave dielectric materials, solid-state electrolyte, and semiconductor. The compact design of the press makes it well-suited for inside glove box operation with an inert gas environment (Argon compatible).
