MSK-USP-6000 is a lab-scale spray dryer that generates fine particles by evaporating the atomized liquid spray and that has been collected through the cyclone separating process. It is suitable for synthesizing heat-sensitive materials for a broad range of applications such as Pharmaceuticals, Nanotechnology, Catalysts, Fuel cells, and Batteries.
RMG-10L is a pilot-scale rapid mixer and granulator, which is mainly used in R&D for the wet mixing of the chemical compound. Basically, it consists of a Bowl, Impeller & Chopper assembly and provides complete reliability of the processing for Mixing, Homogenizing, and Granulating as the result of intensive up to date development.
The MTI compact Fluid Bed Processor offers an effective and efficient method for the drying, granulating & coating of various powder. By using modular construction and simplified design we provide flexible installation either the bottom spraying for granulation or the top spraying for powder coating or drying without spraying. The Machine is the vertical type with the conical pot body and the internal diversion tubes, which ensures particle flow uniformly inside the chamber up to 350C.
