MSK-BPM-50 is a lab-scale jet mill for materials with various hardness and properties. It grinds materials such as ceramic, magnet, ferrite, and metallic alloy into micron-scale powder (2-5 microns) with an output rate of 50 - 500g/hr.
The jet mill grinds with a high-speed jet of compressed air or inert gas to collide the particles with each other. It is capable of outputting particles of the right size while continuing milling particles above the desired size. Therefore, the ground product comes in narrow size distribution and good uniformity.

BPM-CL is a lab-scale powder cyclone that is used with the MTI Jet Mill and offers optimum recovery of sub-micron fines. Undersize sieve fractions are directed through an anti-static vacuum hose through the Cyclone and collected in a threaded glass receiving bottle. Material contact parts are constructed of stainless steel or glass. Support stand allows for stand-alone operation, or the unit can be mounted to the base of an Air Jet Sieve.

MSK-SFM-AF100 is a high throughput lab-scale jet mill for materials with various hardness and properties. It grinds materials such as ceramic, magnet, ferrite, and metallic alloy into micron-scale powder with an output rate of 100g~2kg/hr. Abundant configurations can crush sticky or hard materials. The material feeder is a double-screw self-cleaning type, which is easier to disassemble than other feeders.
