MSK-T18 is a manual die cutter set for cutting pouch cell battery cathode and anode electrodes. One pair of die cutters is included: One for cutting two cathode sheets of L56 mm x W43 mm (W), and another for cutting two anode sheets of L58 mm x W45 mm. Customized die-cutters are available upon request.
MSK-180-N is a precision semi-automatic die cutter for pouch cell electrode sheets (Max. 200mm L x 200mm W).
It is an updated version of MSK-180 with more stability and better accuracy at reducing the burrs and powder-shedding of the electrode sheets.
MSK-180SP is a gas-driven die cutter for producing pouch battery cathode/anode electrodes ( no electricity required ) Its compact design enables the operation inside a glove box with Ar atmosphere where moisture/oxygen-sensitive electrodes will be cut (such as lithium metal electrode for Lithium-Sulfur, Lithium Air, and Lithium Solid-State batteries).
