OTF-1200X-100-SF is a compact 4" ID quartz tube furnace with slidable flange with 1200°C Max. working temperature, which is designed for customers to build a DIY CVD system easily.
The VBF-1100X-RTP-ASD is a fully automatic bottom-loading rapid heating and cooling furnace with a Φ200mm quartz tube and an air-tight flange. It uses shortwave infrared lamps as heaters, reaching 50°C/sec heating rates and a maximum temperature of 1100°C. It is an excellent tool for preparing single-atom catalysis， and annealing a wafer up to 6".
OTF-1200X-RTP-4-SL is an RTP (4'' OD) furnace with infrared IR lamps for heating and sliding function for cooling. It is capable of achieving a max. heating rate of 30°C/s and a cooling rate > 10°C/s. The furnace is designed for growing graphene and carbon nanotubes by CVD. Please review the publication as an example of perovskite solar cell growth, using this furnace.
