GSL-1700X-HV furnace consists of a high-temperature alumina tube furnace and a high vacuum system. It can be heated up to1700°C by a different type of MoSi2 heating elements and achieve vacuum pressure up to 10^-4 torr with a diaphragm pump. It is widely used for material or chemical lab to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum or other gas conditions. The temperature of the tube furnace is controlled by 30 segments programmable high precision SCR power controller with accuracy +/-1°C.
VBF-800X-HV is a top-loading vacuum chamber furnace for vacuum annealing, brazing, and sintering.

- Choice of Ø200 ID × 350 mm stainless steel or quartz chamber
- Two heating zones: bottom heating and side heating for a uniform heating zone
- Temperature control with +/- 0.1ºC accuracy
- Quartz thermal block ensures a clean and well-defined annealing environment
- DN63 port for connection with a turbopump directly.
- Ultimate vacuum ≤ 7E-7 torr for SS chamber.
HVF-1600X-12 is a cold-wall front-loading high vacuum furnace up to 1600 with all metallic components inside the vacuum chamber. It provides a clean and well-defined high vacuum condition for sintering. The furnace is resistance heated by molybdenum coils inside a water-cooled stainless steel vacuum chamber. The effective heating area is 200×200×300 mm for vacuum and inert conditions. The system can also be modified for hydrogen gas upon request.
